Analysis of the genome-wide methylation landscape of peripheral blood mononuclear cellss from colorectal cancer (CRC) patients and healthy controls by microarray, pyrosequencing, and targeted bisulfite sequencing revealed five DNA methylation markers for CRC diagnosis, especially early-stage CRC.
