Human fully integrated mouse Structured Stem cell-based Embryo Models with spatially organized morphogenesis recapitulated the organization of nearly all known lineages and compartments of post-implantation human embryos including epiblast, hypoblast, extra-embryonic mesoderm, and trophoblast surrounding the latter layers.
