Targeting EZH2 Regulates the Biological Characteristics of Glioma Stem Cells via the Notch1 Pathway

Investigators found that the enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) was highly expressed in glioma and that its expression was correlated with the prognosis of glioblastoma multiforme in two databases: The Cancer Genome Atlas and the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas.
