Hypocalcemia in Combination with Hyperphosphatemia Impairs Muscle Cell Differentiation In Vitro

C2C12 cells, an in vitro model of muscle cells, were differentiated for two or six days in the presence of hypocalcemia and moderate or severe hyperphosphatemia, or combinations of both conditions.
