A Human Lung Alveolus-on-a-Chip Model of Acute Radiation-Induced Lung Injury

A microfluidic organ-on-a-chip lined by human lung alveolar epithelium interfaced with pulmonary endothelium was used to model acute radiation-induced lung injury in vitro.
