Researchers combined human clonal bone marrow MSCs (cBMSCs) with cell sheet technology, demonstrating cell sheet fabrication as a method to significantly upregulate the expression of certain immunomodulatory molecules across GMP-grade hcBMSC lines and whole hBMSCs compared to respective conventional cell suspensions.
