Decreased B4GALT1 Promotes Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Invasiveness by Regulating the Laminin-Integrin Pathway

Investigators found that Beta1,4-galactosyltransferase (B4GALT) 1 was significantly downregulated in HCC tissue compared with the adjacent liver tissue, and low B4GALT1 expression was associated with vascular invasion and poor overall survival in patients with HCC.
