Autocrine/Paracrine Growth Hormone in Cancer Progression

In a number of cancers, including carcinoma of the mammary gland, endometrium, liver, prostate, and colon, the expression of growth hormone is independently associated with more advanced clinicopathologic parameters of the cancer.
