The authors constructed an animal model of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) using subcutaneous minipump continuous infusion of AngII-induced ApoE-/-mice and a cytopathic model using AngII-induced primary vascular smooth muscle cells to investigate the possible role of S-adenosylmethionine in AD.
