RFX2 Promotes Tumor Cell Stemness through Epigenetic Regulation of PAF1 in Spinal Ependymoma

The authors investigated the molecular mechanism that induce stem cell features in spinal ependymoma (SE). They found that RFX2 activates PAF1 transcription, which promoted tumor stemness of SE cells and led to the malignant progression of SE.
