miR-373 Promotes Invasion and Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer Cells via Activating ERK/MAPK Pathway

Real-time quantitative PCR was used to analyze the expression of miR-373 in human colorectal cancer cell lines and normal human colonic epithelial cells. Further validation of the differential expression of miR-373 in colorectal cancer cell lines was performed.
