Researchers demonstrated the effects of SF3B4 in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) via apoptosis, proliferation, migration assays, etc. Gene manipulations confirmed the role of SF3B4 via KAT2A. SF3B4 was found to promote LUAD growth.
