Alleviative Effects of Exopolysaccharides from Limosilactobacillus Mucosae CCFM1273 against Ulcerative Colitis via Modulation of Gut Microbiota and Inhibition of Fas/Fasl and TLR4/NF-κB Pathways

The authors explored the alleviating effects and mechanisms of exopolysaccharides produced by Limosilactobacillus mucosae CCFM1273 on ulcerative colitis. The results indicated that CCFM1273 exopolysaccharides mitigated the disease symptoms and colonic pathologic damage in DSS-induced colitis mice.
