Induction of Fenestrae in Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell-Derived Endothelial Cells for Disease Modeling

Investigators induced the formation of fenestrae in nonfenestrated hiPSCs-derived endothelial cells (hiPSC-ECs). VEGFA and phorbol myristate acetate were used as inducers of fenestrae in hiPSC-ECs.
