Researchers presented a novel 3D in vitro model mimicking intracranial myeloid sarcoma, employing a hydrogel scaffold derived from the brain-decellularized extracellular matrix in which suspended leukemia cells were embedded, simulating the formation of tumor masses in the brain parenchyma.
