An Integrated Arterial Remodeling Hydrogel for Preventing Restenosis After Angioplasty

A stent-free anti-stenosis drug coating based on a peptide hydrogel was proposed. The hydrogel was formed by assembling a nitric oxide donor-peptide conjugate as a hydrogelator and encapsulating curcumin during the assembly process.
