Investigators analyzed the outcome of rabbit anti-thymocyte globulin vs. post-transplantation cyclophosphamide prophylaxis in adult patients with hematologic malignancies undergoing first peripheral blood allogeneic stem cell transplantations from mismatched unrelated donors between Jan 2018 and June 2021 in the database of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
