Mechanistic Basis of Atypical TERT Promoter Mutations

Atypical telomerase reverse transcriptase promoter (TERTp) mutations occured with canonical driver mutations in large cancer cohorts and arose subclonally specifically on the TERTp driver mutant chromosome homolog of melanoma cells treated with UV light in vitro.
