Stepwise-Edited, Human Melanoma Models Reveal Mutations’ Effect on Tumor and Microenvironment

The authors generated a progressive series of genome-edited human models of melanoma, in which they started from healthy human melanocytes and introduced mutations in up to five genes spanning six pathways commonly dysregulated in melanoma.
