Generation of an Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Line (ZZUi034-a) from a 65 Year Old Chinese Female Donor with Sendai Virus Reprogramming Protocol

The iPSC line showed pluripotency which was confirmed by immunofluorescent staining; the iPSC line was also able to form embryoid bodies in vitro and differentiate into the three germ layers in vivo.
