Through interaction with PTEN/p53, the microRNA-34c (miR-34c)-5p/Fra-1 axis inhibited the proliferation and migration of human bronchial epithelial cells stimulated by silica, and promoted cell apoptosis, thereby preventing epithelial-mesenchymal transformation.
