[Veterinary Research] Investigators discuss 3D cell culture systems as mammosphere organoids and their relevance for agronomic research.

[Biology of Reproduction] The authors isolated basal cells from the rat epididymis and established 3-dimensional cell cultures from the basal and non-basal cell fractions. Organoids were formed by single adult epididymal basal cells.

[Hepatology] Multi-cellular hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) organoid models were established which contained various types of stromal cells, such as hepatic stellate cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells together with HCC cells.
