Single-cell RNA-sequencing of regenerating Mus musculus skeletal muscle revealed that RNA-binding protein expression, including the expression of many neuromuscular disease-associated RBPs, was temporally regulated in skeletal muscle stem cells and correlated with specific stages of myogenic differentiation.
