Single-Cell RNA-Seq of a Soft-Tissue Sarcoma Model Reveals the Critical Role of Tumor-Expressed MIF in Shaping Macrophage Heterogeneity

The authors showed that the direct injection of a hyaluronic acid-based microporous annealed particle hydrogel into the stroke core in mice reduced the percent of highly reactive astrocytes, increased the percent of alternatively activated microglia, decreased cerebral atrophy, and preserves NF200 axonal bundles.
