Directed Evolution Identifies High-Affinity Cystine-Knot Peptide Agonists and Antagonists of Wnt/β-Catenin Signaling

In an alveolosphere organoid model, the cystine-knot peptide agonists induced alveolar stem cell activity. They also stimulated growth in primary human intestinal organoids.
