1275 immune-related genes were curated and their expression changes investigated in 2467 postmortem brains of controls and patients with six major brain disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, major depressive disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease.
