Lysosomal Lipid Peroxidation Regulates Tumor Immunity

Palmitoyl protein transferase 1 inhibition induced lysosomal lipid peroxidation, which led to lysosomal membrane permeabilization and cell death that could be reversed by the antioxidant N-acetylcysteine, but not by other lipid peroxidation antioxidants.
