PHKG2 Regulates RSL3-Induced Ferroptosis in Helicobacter pylori Related Gastric Cancer

The authors demonstrated that Helicobacter pylori infection increased the sensitivity of gastric cancer cells to RAS-selective lethal3 (RSL3) -induced ferroptosis. The molecular subtypes mediated by ferroptosis-related genes were associated with tumor microenvironment cell infiltration and patient survival.
