Transplanted Human Intestinal Organoids: A Resource for Modeling Human Intestinal Development

Researchers analyzed a time course of transplanted human intestinal organoid (HIOs) histologically at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks post-transplantation, and demonstrated that HIO maturation closely resembled key stages of fetal human intestinal development.
