Investigators revealed that the capacity of lymph node metastasis (LNM)-gastric cancer (GC)-small extracellular vesicles educating bone marrow-MSCs was positively correlated with the LNM capacity of GC cells themselves. Fatty acid oxidation metabolic reprogramming was indispensable for this process.
