SERS Endoscopy for Monitoring Intracellular Drug Dynamics

Researchers reported the application of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) endoscopy, using plasmonic nanowires as SERS probes, to monitor the intracellular fate and dynamics of a common chemo-drug, doxorubicin, in A549 cancer cells.
