PLOD2 Promotes Colorectal Cancer Progression by Stabilizing USP15 to Activate the AKT/mTOR Signaling Pathway

Researchers showed that procollagen-lysine, 2-oxoglutarate 5-dioxygenase 2 (PLOD2) expression was elevated in colorectal carcinoma (CRC), and its higher expression was associated with poorer survival. Overexpression of PLOD2 also facilitated CRC proliferation, invasion, and metastasis in vitro and in vivo.
