Therapeutic efficacy of a small molecule inhibitor of Bmi-1 and/or Cisplatin on adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) stemness was evaluated in immunodeficient mice harboring PDX ACC tumors, and in human ACC cell-lines, or low passage primary human ACC cells.
