Multidirectional Characterization of Cellular Composition and Spatial Architecture in Human Multiple Primary Lung Cancers

Investigators orchestrated the cellular and spatial architecture of multiple primary lung cancers (MPLCs) by combining single-cell RNA-sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. Notably, they identified a previously undescribed sub-population of epithelial cells termed as CLDN2+ alveolar type II which was specifically enriched in MPLCs.
