Mutant p53 Gain-of-Function Stimulates Canonical Wnt Signaling via PI3K/AKT Pathway in Colon Cancer

Using the TCGA public data from Pan-Cancer and the GEPIA2 platform, an in silico analysis of wt-p53 versus mut-p53 genotyped colorectal cancer patients showed that TP53 and CTNNB1 were significantly overexpressed in colorectal cancer, compared with normal tissue.
