LUBAC Promotes Angiogenesis and Lung Tumorigenesis by Ubiquitinating and Antagonizing Autophagic Degradation of HIF1α

Investigators showed that LUBAC increased dypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF1)α protein expression in cultured cells and tissues of human lung cancer and enhanced HIF1α DNA-binding and transcriptional activities, which were dependent upon LUBAC enzymatic activity.
