Interaction Network of Human Early Embryonic Transcription Factors

Using mass spectrometry-based interactomics methods, affinity purification-mass spectrometry and proximity-dependent biotin labeling, and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing we derive the comprehensive regulatory networks of these preimplantation transcription factors.
