The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Blood Cancer UK Team Up to Award $4.25M for Research into Ways to Prevent Leukemia

This project will focus on myeloid blood cancers, which affect both the bone marrow and blood. The new project will be led by George Vassiliou, M.D., Ph.D., professor of hematologic medicine at the University of Cambridge and a senior faculty member at the Wellcome-MRC Cambridge Stem Cell Institute.
