CircHAS2 Activates CCNE2 to Promote Cell Proliferation and Sensitizes the Response of Colorectal Cancer to Anlotinib

Investigators sought to determine the potential functions and specific mechanisms of circHAS2 in colorectal cancer progression and its role in predicting clinical response to anlotinib. CircHAS2 was a potent biomarker predictive of anlotinib sensitivity, both in patient-derived organoids and xenograft models.
