Conditioned Medium of Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Derived Neuromesodermal Progenitors Enhances Cell Migration In Vitro

Neuromesodermal progenitors (NMPs) derived from iPSCs were used to collect conditioned medium. Fibroblast derived iPSCs were successfully differentiated into NMPs and NMPs were characterized by double positive T/Bra and Sox2 staining.
