HTRA1-Driven Detachment of Type I Collagen from Endoplasmic Reticulum Contributes to Myocardial Fibrosis in Dilated Cardiomyopathy

RNA-sequencing analysis revealed an increased HtrA serine peptidase 1 (HTRA1) expression in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy which was strongly correlated with myocardial fibrosis.
