LPCAT2 Inhibits Colorectal Cancer Progression via the PRMT1/SLC7A11 Axis

Scientists identified LPCAT2+ tumor cell populations with less malignancy than LPCAT2- tumor cells in human and mouse colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues using scRNA-seq. Combining in vitro and in vivo experiments, they found that LPCAT2 could inhibit the proliferation of CRC cells by inducing ferroptosis.
