MDS Cells Impair Osteolineage Differentiation of MSCs via Extracellular Vesicles to Suppress Normal Hematopoiesis

The authors demonstrated that both human and mouse myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) cells perturbed bone metabolism by suppressing the osteolineage differentiation of MSCs, which impaired the ability of MSCs to support normal hematopoietic stem cells.
