Intimal Sarcomas and Undifferentiated Cardiac Sarcomas Carry Mutually Exclusive MDM2, MDM4, and CDK6 Amplifications and Share a Common DNA Methylation Signature

The authors reported a series of 35 cases comprising 25 intimal sarcomas (ISA) of the pulmonary artery, one ISA of the renal artery and nine undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcomas of the left atrium.
