Live Isolation of Naïve ESCs via Distinct Glucose Metabolism and Stored Glycogen

By screening a fluorescent probe library, investigators found that intracellular glycogen led to specific reactivity to CDg4, a glycogen fluorescence sensor, in both human and mouse naïve ESCs.
