Scientists reported that Inhibitor of DNA binding 1 (ID1) was highly expressed in the bone marrow microenvironment (BMM) of AML patients, especially in bone marrow MSCs, and the high expression of ID1 in AML-BMM was induced by BMP6, secreted from AML cells.
