Aspirin Inhibits Colorectal Cancer via the TIGIT-BCL2-BAX pathway in T Cells

Researchers studied the effects of aspirin on colorectal cancer in mice and on Jurkat cells. Aspirin may suppress the expression of TIGIT on T cells and Tregsand inhibit T cell viability, and therefore induce tumor cell apoptosis.
