[EMBO Journal] The authors established a three‐dimensional murine bronchioalveolar lung organoid model that allows clonal expansion and self‐organization of FACS‐sorted bronchioalveolar stem cells upon co‐culture with lung‐resident mesenchymal cells.

[Scientific Reports] Investigators compared the lungs of 3- and 22-month old mice. They examined the gross morphological changes in these lungs, the density and function of epithelial progenitor populations and the epithelial gene expression profile.
