Inhibition of MCM2-7 by treatment with ciprofloxacin inhibits neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC) cell proliferation and migration in vitro, significantly delays NEPC tumor xenograft growth, and partially reverses the neuroendocrine phenotype in vivo.
