The authors set up a new natural scaffold deriving from a decellularized porcine mucoperiosteum, engineered by an innovative micro-perforation procedure based on Quantum Molecular Resonance and then subjected to in vitro recellularization with human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells.
